Brand new safety cards premiered on new Boeing 777 planes
Finally, after extensive testing, the first new KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Safety on Board Cards are now in use. Making the illustrations and infographics for the cards of all the different planes in the KLM fleet was definitely challenging, but a lot of fun as well. Communicating as clearly as possible what to do in case of emergency was of course the main objective, but at the same time of course the cards had to look appealing and modern. The first safety cards are now in use on the new Boeing 777-300 planes, flying intercontinental, and currently the smaller planes flying for KLM Cityhopper will be equipped with the new cards, with the rest of the fleet to follow.
